Important Things to Know!

We require a minimum 14ft x 20ft area  for photo area, access to power outlets and access to facility approximately 2 hours before first photo session to allow for setup and lighting tests

The Chief Instructor or a staff member must be present during the entire photo shoot.

Please post sign up sheet a minimum of 2 weeks before your shoot date, and announce during all classes to maximize student turn out.

A minimum of 20 students need to purchase a package for the school to receive the complimentary class composite.

Photos take 3-6 weeks to arrive at school. We ship individually packaged print orders to your school for you to distribute.

Once a shoot date and makeup day is scheduled, we will provide you with signage, and product samples to display.

For maximum effectiveness, we ask that you require all students be photographed. No purchase is necessary however to be included in the school composite they need to be photographed.

School Shoots

Are there any sitting fees?
No we do not charge a sitting Fee.

Can more then 1 person be in the photo?
Yes and there is NO additional charge for extra persons

When and where will the photographs be delivered?
In 4 to 6 weeks your photos will be delivered free to the school. We can ship your photos directly to you for an additional $15 shipping and handling fee.

Do I have to have my picture done on the same color background as the rest?
The Instructor and his staff select the default color background being used and all photos are done on that background. The photos selected for the group photo will all be the same background color.

Can I mix which poses I get in a package?
Yes. You can do multiple prints of the same pose, or mix them up.

I don’t want to buy paper prints. Can I buy the pictures on a CD and print them at home?
Yes.  There is a $50 charge for 1 to 5 images on a CD.

I do not want to buy any pictures, I just want my picture on the school photo.
No purchase is necessary.  During the photo shoot just let us know all you want is to be included on the school photo.

How much time will the photo session take? How many photos do you take?
Due to the nature of school photos, we allow about 5 minutes per person.  Our goal is  to shoot 4-5 photos, with 1 being a close up, 1 a full length, 1 a head shot, and 1 or 2 action shots. Because we are shooting a large number of individuals in a short time, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled photo time, and please have your paper work filled out. We also ask that you have your ‘action pose’ planned and practiced in advance so that we may capture the best photos for you.

Do I need to schedule my session?
In order to ensure that everyone is given our full attention, and that we can take care of everyone efficiently, we ask that you schedule your session in advance.  We will attempt to take all walk ins as time allows, but prescheduled sessions have priority.

How much time should I schedule?
Each session is scheduled for 5 minutes. We recommend 1 session per person, and 1 session for a group. So if you have 2 children, we recommend you schedule 3 sessions so that we may photograph both of them individually, as well as together.

I’m not a student, can I be photographed with my child?
Yes Absolutely!

Before Portrait Day

• Fill out the order form prior to portrait session.
• Order forms are available at your school.  Please Print neatly.
• Decide ahead what action poses you'd like to do
• Still poses available are hand technique and stance.
• Choose kicks you are most comfortable with.
• Use any combination you like.
• Practice your action poses for the best possible shot.

On Photo Day

• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled Time.
• Please wear your normal school uniform.
• Each student must have the completed order form in hand for individual portraits. Please hand the order form to the photographer at the time the individual portrait is taken.
• Please bring a comb or brush for those last minute touch ups.
